I'm Alex, a Miami-based director and artist on a wild ride—transitioning from a career in corporate Human Resources leadership back to my first love: theater. This digital hub is where I’m sharing my journey, showcasing my work, and inviting you to be part of the adventure.

In 2024, I founded Latiné Theater Lab, a company dedicated to telling Latiné stories in English and expanding how those stories are experienced. Our mission is to bring immersive and experimental theater to South Florida audiences who don’t always see themselves or their cultures reflected onstage. It’s a space for innovation, access, and authenticity.
